About

Based in North Devon, I work from local clinics and teach Pilates in Bideford, Appledore, and online. Movement has always been at the heart of my life and practice, and I understand the challenges of returning to it after time away. I offer mat-based Pilates sessions and am currently undertaking a comprehensive Pilates training program, further deepening my work and enabling me to support people on Pilates apparatus at an advanced level. I am also expanding my knowledge in fascia-focused movement, integrating this evolving approach into both my classes and treatments. I’m passionate about supporting well-being through bodywork, massage, and movement—helping each person find greater ease, balance, and confidence in their body.
